Captain America: Civil War Filming A Funeral Scene?

Now that “Captain America: Civil War” has officially started production, the rumor mill has started churning as well. The latest rumor going around, which is being reported by Heroic Headlines, is that extras are currently being cast for a funeral scene which will be shot on Tuesday May 12 in Atlanta, Georgia.

The extras are being told to wear solid black attire for the scene and the weather forecast calls for a cloudy day with thunderstorms befitting that of a funeral scene.

It’s easy to assume that the death in question could be that of Captain America himself. During the Civil War storyline in the comic books Steve Rogers is killed which causes Bucky Barnes to pick up the shield and the mantle of Captain America. There’s been speculation that Sebastian Stan would be taking over for Chris Evans at some point due to the fact that Stan signed a contract to appear in 9 Marvel films and Evans only signed a contract for 6 films.

Keep in mind though that Marvel loves to throw curve balls at the fans and at this point these are just unconfirmed rumors.
